At Time Spinners, we want you to love your timeless fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your garments are in their original condition with tags attached to receive a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are still intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
